I am an experienced home care geriatric and palliative care physician offering concierge-level attention without the cost. I provide care for homebound patients in their homes and in assisted living communities throughout San Mateo County, and into Santa Clara county.

My team, including two doctors and an LVN, specializes in geriatrics and palliative care. We are available during the day, with an answering service for after-hours calls. We work with all home health agencies, and accept Medicare plus a range of insurance options. This allows us to make house call visits and, if appropriate, provide home hospice care through Mission Hospice and Home Care.
